Our distillery is housed in a building with deep roots in the community. Originally built to handle the finances of the 125-year-old F.X. Matt Brewing Co., it later became a popular concert venue before falling into disrepair. We’ve revitalized this historic space, blending its rich history with modern distillation technology.
